Day 1: Arusha to Tarangire National Park

Your safari adventure begins with an early morning pick-up from your hotel in Moshi or Arusha. You'll head to Tarangire National Park, known for its iconic baobab trees, the Tarangire River, and massive elephant herds. With an experienced guide, you'll embark on a game drive along the Tarangire River, where you can spot various African wildlife, including elephants, giraffes, lions, and more. After the game drive, you'll leave the park in the late afternoon and drive to your overnight lodge.

Day 2: Ngorongoro Crater full game drive

After an early start, you'll journey to the Ngorongoro Crater, a breathtaking natural wonder with diverse wildlife. The crater, about 600 meters deep and 20 kilometers wide, is home to the "Big Five" (lion, elephant, buffalo, rhino, and leopard) and a wide range of other animals, including gazelles, reedbucks, hyenas, and over 500 bird species. You'll enjoy lunch within the crater and then return to Karatu for an overnight stay at the lodge.

Day 3: Lake Manyara National Park game drive then back to Arusha

Following breakfast, you'll leave the highlands and proceed to Lake Manyara National Park, a compact yet diverse wildlife haven. The park features the shallow and alkaline Lake Manyara, a seasonal home to flamingos and a habitat for numerous bird species. You'll also encounter monkeys in the forests, giraffes, buffaloes, zebras, and wildebeests on the grassy plains, and elephants and lions in the acacia woodlands. After an exciting game drive and a picnic lunch, you'll exit the park and return to Moshi or Arusha by late afternoon or early evening, concluding your safari.
